# Manage organization members

Organization member rights settings

## Managing agents in organization <a href="#managing-agents-in-organization" id="managing-agents-in-organization"></a>

You can access organization settings by clicking the name of the organization in the upper left corner and selecting "Organization dashboard". (This requires organization operator rights)

By choosing Members, you will see the list of all members added to your organization. In the Role column, you can see the level of rights assigned. Note: an organization operator is different from a channel operator.

## Edit member rights

Click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side of the member’s row to open the view for managing functionalities.

* Add or remove the member as an agent in customer service queues.
* Add or remove operator permissions for the member’s organization.
* Remove member from the organization – this action removes the user from the queues, channels and the organization.

For more information, see Adding a member as a queue agent.

## Search for organization members <a href="#search-for-organization-members" id="search-for-organization-members"></a>

If your organization has a large number of members, the user list is divided into several pages.

Instead of browsing through all the pages, you can filter or search for a specific agent by typing the name or part of the name in the filter field.
